WTCR Race of South Korea 2021 to Feature First PURE ETCR Championship Event

South Korea is very much a part of the F1A – WTCR scene, owing to the major participation of Hyundai, owner of the world’s largest car manufacturing facility. Last February, 2021, the FIA-WCTR announced that PURE ETCR, the world’s first all-electric touring car championship will finally be held by way of two racing events: the WTCR Race of Spain 2021 on July 9-11 at the MotorLand Aragón and the WTCR Race of South Korea 2021 on October 15-17 at the Inje Speedium.

WTCR stands for World Touring Car Racing, a global racing arena for race cars based on models of mass-produced automobiles.
